The details of the broadcast partnership for the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) was unveiled in Abuja on Tuesday, November 12 by the League Management Company (LMC) and Next Digital Television.
Both parties at the well attended media presentation inside the LMC Conference Room revealed that the tenure of the collaboration is for five years with a proviso to review after the first three years for a possible extension subject to performance.

Ugwu, Dogo optimistic of a good season after Rangers, Sunshine clash

Managers of Rangers International of Enugu and Sunshine Stars of Akure in separate interviews after their rescheduled MatchDay 1 fixture expressed satisfaction with the progress their players have made so far after two games into the new season.
Rangers won 1-0 in the match played Thursday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu, but Kabiru Dogo of Sunshine Stars was of the opinion that his side played very well and were unfortunate to lose the match.

NPFL: Rangers edge Sunshine stars to claim narrow win

Rangers claimed their first win of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season defeating Sunshine Stars 1-0 thanks to a second half strike from Nnamdi Egbujuo.
The match which was a rescheduled fixture was a hard fought win for the Flying Antelopes as they struggled in most parts and were lucky not to concede as Sunshine Stars created chances on the counter.

Sunshine Stars will definitely regret not taking advantage of the first half in which they dominated possession and created the best chances.
