Troops kill two terrorists, recover arms, ammunition in Borno

Troops of Sector 3 of the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) have killed two terrorists and recovered arms and ammunition in the hideouts of Kwatan Dowoshi, Kukawa Local Council of Borno State. The arms and ammunition were recovered during a covert military operation on July 8, in Kwatan Dowoshi community. MNJTF spokesperson, Lt-Col. Abubakar Abdullahi, disclosed this in a statement yesterday. The Lagos State Task force has arrested eight suspects found with contaminated turkey in the Epe area of the state.The suspects were arrested following a tip off from a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rasheed Shabi, and the Oloja of Epe, Oba Kamorudeen Animashaun.
