FIRS to MDAs: Stop spending govt revenues

Executive Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Mr. Muhammad Nami, has admonished revenue generating Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to stop spending revenues collected on behalf of the Federal Government for themselves. Lagos State Government yesterday said that it would begin an eightweek massive fumigation of no fewer than 27 model colleges with hostel facilities, abattoirs and slaughter houses, agricultural produce markets as well as regular markets in the state.
